Clare Lodge Care Home Valentines Visit

Full Moons and Danielle visited the residence of Clare Lodge Care Home.

The Full Moons gifted them handmade Valentines Day cards, biscuits and yummy chocolates!

They spent some time talking and playing with the residence.
This was a fun morning for all full of smiles and love!

Thank you to the care home and they residence for allowing us to visit!
