The children learned about the process of pollination. They explored how plants make seeds and fruits, and how new plants grow when pollen (a yellow powdery substance) is transferred from one flower to another. The children discovered that pollination can occur with the help of bees, butterflies, birds, and the wind. This activity supported the children’s understanding of the natural world, covering the Understanding the World area of learning🌳🐝🫷
